Air India Dreamliner Makes Precautionary Return to Hong Kong Following Mid-Air Technical Glitch

An Air India Boeing 787‑8 Dreamliner on flight AI315, bound from Hong Kong to New Delhi, safely returned to Hong Kong shortly after takeoff on June 16 after pilots reported a suspected technical issue at 22,000 ft  . The aircraft landed without incident at 1:15 pm local time and has since undergone thorough inspections as a precaution  . This incident comes just days after a separate crash involving another Air India Dreamliner in Ahmedabad, which killed 241 people aboard  . Air India arranged alternative travel for affected passengers, citing safety protocols
