On June 17, Balochistan’s Finance Minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani will present a surplus provincial budget for FY 2025–26, exceeding Rs1 trillion . The province will receive Rs743 billion from federal NFC transfers—an increase of Rs70 billion—and generate over Rs150 billion in its own revenues . Projected non-development expenditures top Rs700 billion, with Rs240 billion earmarked for development. Key allocations include education (Rs160 billion+), law and order (Rs100 billion+), and health services (around Rs80 billion). Salaries for government employees are also expected to rise .
